Returns & Refunds for Iontophoresis Machines

 

We believe it is important for you to have the opportunity to try the machine. It is important that you complete the initial phase of treatment with tap water which will take four weeks and therefore 40 days is sufficient time to have completed the initial treatment protocol.

 

If you are unhappy with the results after the initial treatment, please call us to discuss alternative options within 40 days of purchase.

 

If after trying these alternative options, you are still unhappy with the results then providing the machine is in good order and in its original packaging we would accept the machine back (maximum 8 weeks) and refund the purchase price less an administration fee. Please call for full details.

 

For the electrodes and sponge pockets we will accept, and refund returns within 30 days provided the items are unopened and unused.

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee. If our product does not satisfy you in any way. It is important to follow the procedure below to claim your money back.


1. Our customer service needs to be consulted prior the return of the product. Please send us an email to customerservice@sweathelp.co.uk with your order number and the reason for return.


2. Your money back guarantee of 30 days is then registered.


3. We will give advice concerning the proper application or offer you the appropriate product for your needs if appropriate.


4. If no solution can be found after the consultation or with another product, the full purchase price excluding shipping costs will be reimbursed.


5. Returned packages must be prepaid; we cannot accept COD deliveries.

 

6. Unannounced returns within the 30 days money back guarantee will not be accepted.

 

Returns & Refunds for Clothing Protectors and Manjana Clothing

Please contact us before returning the item to explain why it doesn’t meet your expectations.

Returns requests are accepted within 14 days of delivery.  You then have 14 days to return the product for a refund.
Returned packages must be prepaid; we cannot accept COD deliveries.
We will refund any undamaged, unopened packs.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Damages or issues not reported within 3 days of receipt will not be accepted.


Exchanges
We only exchange items that have been delivered incorrectly, reported within 3 days of receipt, and are returned in the original packaging, unopened and unused.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
